What your data contains
- • Order history, status and price
- • eSIM profile records (ICCID, IMSI, expiry and status)
- • Email and billing details, if stored with the order
- • Data alerts, notifications and newsletter records, where present
Deleting data anonymizes orders by removing email and IP, removes linked alerts/newsletters, and keeps accounting records for 10 years.
